Hi Second Graders and Families!
I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to this school year as much as I am!
Second Grade will be full of fun and active learning. We will be diving into literature every day and expanding our minds within our science and social studies concepts. We will also be exploring math through discussion, hands on activities and games. We will quickly become a respectful community of students through the excitement of learning!
I would like to take the time now to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Devon Remmey and this will be my 10th year teaching. I am a Council Rock and Pennsylvania State University graduate and received my Masters Degree in Reading with a Pennsylvania Reading Specialist Certificate. I love to travel, cook, and spend time with my family. I feel strongly on a student-led learning environment, integrating technology to advance learning and making sure every student feels safe, appreciated and confident!
