Screening

Mandated screening examinations in accordance with Pennsylvania School Health Law:

Kindergarten through 12th:  Annually screening vision, height, weight and BMI (body mass index percentile)

Kindergarten through 3rd, 7th, & 11th grades:  hearing screening **Annually KG-12 for all special education students and students with hearing problems.

Parents/Guardians receive notification from the nurse if the student does not pass any screenings done in school.
